Pros
Work from home - until they mandated that you work from the facility you sell for.
You can make some quick money while you are in ramping.. but be looking for another job as soon as that ramp is done.
Cons
In my short time with CloudKitchens I have had 3 different managers. Within the first month of my hiring, they let go of more than half of the sales team in my area. Red flag #1
Red Flag #2: I sell into a city that only has one location, and am held to the same quota as the people selling into the big metropolitan areas (LA, NY, CHI). So after I finish ramping - quota will be near impossible to hit.. the sad part is, my manager agrees but says he can do nothing to change it.
Red Flag #3: They let go of 12 SDR's, and their manager, as well as the head of marketing..
Red Flag #4: They want you to be super "grimey" and dishonest to the operators you are trying to bring in. Most of them churn, but CloudKitchens does not care. They just want the money for as long as they can get it. It seems very "used-car salesperson" even though they say they are a "tech SaaS" company.
