Pros
- The majority of ICs with 2 or more years tenure are experienced, knowledgeable, and stimulating to work with.
Cons
** There is no 401K matching contributions.
- In my first year, HR degraded the medical benefits, calling it an "exciting new change." However, they ignored employee messages asking how reverting to our previous provider (which they had previously criticized) could be considered a positive change. They also largely ignored concerns about how the decrease in benefits would disproportionately affect employees with chronic illnesses.
- Rampant nepotism in the sales organization, with friends of management being hired as seniors without relevant credentials or experience, while more tenured and instrumental employees are still sub-senior.
