What are pay increases like at Cloudflare?

Great product and great colleagues. Customers genuinely love the product, and it’s a strong, well-recognized brand in the cybersecurity space.

Non-existent career progression, no work-life balance, very difficult to get salary increases. Poor company culture and bad management overall. Constant churn of employees, which creates a lot of instability.

The compensation review process needs to be improved. Some people if joining on a date that just missed the cutoff do not get a first raise till almost 18 months.

-Be careful they might just use you with so cheap salary and different role with not on contract. -all sales flame work is broken. Not organized. Never seen like that company with 10+years age company. Not organized sales opp, billing team, HR or marketing. It seems like this company is just born few years ago. But they are already 15 years. Can not believe at all….. -manager don’t protect you. You have to protect you by yourself. They only see their protection. Not you. My manager told me not to ask him when I needed help or support. Never met like that kind of manager in my life…..
