What are perks and other benefits like at Coforge?

Recent policy changes have reduced some employee benefits, however the overall work culture and support system still remain strong

This used to be a good job.

After the company was purchased, they have slowly been firing the developers in the US and outsourcing to India where the company's main headquarters are. They started lowering benefits and removing the employee friendly policies to match the global policies, including one that if you get removed from your project due to budget cuts, you get laid off rather than the company trying to find somewhere else to put you. Job security was completely eliminated once Coforge bought the company.

There is no benefits even ,giving less than 30% of variable pay to the employees

There are no Pros i've seen so far

I have been working with Coforge for the past 7 months, and sadly, my experience has been quite disheartening. The company offers minimal employee benefits and fails to provide adequate support during challenging times. Management is often unresponsive to employees' concerns and seems indifferent to personal circumstances. To make matters worse, they seem overly eager to deduct pay for even minor issues, creating an environment that feels unsupportive and unempathetic. Overall, it has been a disappointing experience, with little focus on employee well-being or satisfaction.

Good benefits, Exciting projects with some good companies

HR is a nightmare to deal with. Had a ton of issues with setting up benefits and my savings accounts.

There are noticeable salary gaps between long-time employees and new hires, though to be fair, this seems to be a common trend across the industry—not just at Coforge. Some earlier employee benefits and schemes have been discontinued which impacts overall morale

The client that was assigned to me was great, provided equipment and remote benefits

all good the only cons that I can think is the salary being deducted when you didn't log during leaves so you need to file for dispute.

Campus is good. Good work environment with supportive colleagues. Provides decent learning opportunities and exposure to client projects.

Low salary increments and slow growth. Micromanagement in some projects. HR support is weak and unresponsive, with poor communication. Variable pay is low. Employee policies are not strong, and medical benefits are inadequate.
