I have been working in coforge for the past four years. There is always something new to learn, and people are encouraged to develop new skills. The work atmosphere is very friendly, and we have direct access to management. There are plenty of projects, so there is no concern about project duration. In terms of salary, Coforge offers higher pay compared to many other companies in hyderabad.
