Very good benefits, PTO, flexibility to work from home. Consistent HR policies. Great variety of work, excellent training. Allowed to focus on a specific desired industry. Some managers are exceptional and the glue that holds teams together. There are a lot of really smart people. Good recognition of accomplishments (not always monetary, but acknowledgement is appreciated).
Cons
Hours can be long. Upper management can sometimes be out of touch with how much effort a project actually takes. Not all managers take yearly performance review feedback seriously so there is inconsistency with delivery of reviews. End of year ratings are not consistently objective. Promotions hard to come by (unless you are Indian and male). Upper level consultants are forced into sales goals and have very little opportunity to move to operational areas of CTS.
Executives speak a lot about diversity and inclusion, but stats about promotions, hiring, equal pay, and employee survey results are a closely guarded secret.

Employee Benefits: Competitive salary, health benefits, and other perks.
Cons
Monotonous Tasks: Some roles may involve repetitive work, leading to job dissatisfaction.
Limited Autonomy: Processes and workflows are often strictly defined, allowing little room for creativity. Compensation: Entry-level salaries may not be as competitive compared to other tech roles.
Bureaucracy: Large organizational structure may result in slow decision-making and limited flexibility.
Worked with really great team of talented, global minded talent. Opportunity in working with global tema members
Cons
Leadership uses the standard impulsive decisions that have little thought which affect the company, employees and overall image of the company. It has a false illusion of good benefits, inclusion and positive company culture. It provides incentives like short term disability but then when you use it, you return to work and find out you have been terminated.
Great work schedule with all the benefits such as Paid Leaves, Sick Leaves, Benefits and Incentives. The atmosphere or the colleagues were a great plus during the journey.
Cons
Not much of cons regarding the company or the opportunities in it, but cons depend on the project assigned too. As the nature of the project tends to decide the hours of work required.
