      Pros

If job was as described, it would have been satisfying.

      Cons

Rampant bullying, management was off-site and hopelessly ignorant of work environment, office converted to impromptu warehouse with unsafe conditions - to the point of violating fire code - yet company refused to set aside time to fix things, interviewer lied to me about my duties, company refused to allow overtime, company maintained employees as contractors in order to continually deny them sufficient pay and benefits, somehow terminated on short notice by a separate department as revenge for drawing attention to a critical documentation error, and so on.
