What are perks and other benefits like at Comarch?

Comarch has a lot of negative opinions in the market, but it all depends on the team, where you will be employed. For me - very good life/work balance, stable employment, low pressure at work. Good place for a student or for the beginning of professional carrer. I had really good team, nice colleagues at work and excellent atmosphere.

High rate of student employment, missing mentors, not much room to grow (high knowledge flow at the beginning for the student, but it is easy to reach the celling fast). Lack of benefits for emploees, which other companies offers. Difficult communication and specific management staff. At the beginning 2025 a lot of things is changing - Comarch was bought by CVC.
