One of the pros of working at Coway is the overall employee benefits. The salary is decent—fair, though not exceptional. We also enjoy monthly branch lunches worth RM100, a special birthday leave along with a birthday cake allowance of up to RM200, and a few other perks that contribute to a positive work environment.

As for the cons, the work environment at Coway can be quite relaxed—sometimes too relaxed. Although it’s a large company, some of the processes feel outdated, with a lack of proper documentation and reliance on old methods. It’s a suitable place if you're looking for a stable and low-pressure job, but if you're seeking growth, structure, and opportunities to challenge yourself, it may not be the ideal fit

Company provide chance to get incentive trip! Annual Leave for new join is not only 12 days! There are allowance/ high OT claim for those who working on Public Holiday

It’s hard to get the chance to go incentive trip for my department, need to apply 5 days advance for AL if not will affect performances

Very good enviroment with fellow co-workers.. benefit 7/10

too much of politics! HR will always sided higher level & wont listen to any critics from normal staff.. some leaders have very worst leadership skills!
