Toxic Management Overworking can be working 14 days in a row without proper rest Colleagues who backstabs and managers that are coward that lies and deceit the management Suck-ups that angkat bolas to the higher management because they are all foreign talents that are afraid of getting sent back

No double pay for ph Some outlet manager is not very friendly If you want a food cert, this company does not provide They dont hire many people to work when busy, stress is high especially when the manager gets angry easily if we dont do as said

You will actually learn pick up something of it and even brush up on the things you yourself lack off

company the benefit could be slightly improve like seriously, work culture is just work sometimes you keep wondering is it worth maybe for the start you feel have worklife but after that is downhill, for management once in a while still ok the rest well the all feedback says it, they just dont understand or not to accept to them is like this only but to us the things we do is really all the effort etc, career wise no comments on it

Freedom to work as long as completed

No proper training and management does whatever they want. If you need help or guidance you're on your own. But if you make mistakes then they will reprimand you even though no one is there to help you or guide you. They will call you on your off days or if you're on leave. You're expected to reply messages and calls 24/7 even the bosses will call you at 5am in the morning. They will get upset if you don't answer your phone when you are on leave.
