      Pros

I am completing my first year at Curaleaf, and it has been an outstanding experience. I’ve grown tremendously and am truly grateful for the consistent encouragement and support I’ve received along the way. The workplace is filled with upbeat, collaborative, and genuinely caring people, making each day enjoyable and motivating. The leadership across the company is exceptional. My boss has been a terrific leader, he is remarkably supportive of our team, which has had a meaningful, positive impact on our motivation and morale. Compensation, benefits and time off are excellent, they are very competitive with most big companies, if not better. Overall, this first year has strengthened my pride in being part of Curaleaf, and I’m truly excited for what lies ahead.

      Cons

I do not have anything negative to say about working at Curaleaf.

      Pros

Staff is fun Learn a lot about the product Free stuff Cool connections between staff and patients

      Cons

Management and corporate failed to listen to staff Highly inappropriate situations/comments/conversations brought up by management and some staff members every day No authoritative role done by management Let store associates do everything but be part of the team and help Ignored complaints by staff (both about other employees and corporate) Hired inexperienced people who made other staff members uncomfortable and repeatedly ignored warning signs High stress Low rewards Pay raise was insulting Management blind to see how hard we worked and at least acknowledging it Made staff feel bad for taking time off that we rightfully deserve by the way we get treated Healthcare plans were demeaning (made it hard to find the right and proper care for medical needs) No communication between store and corporate (ex. sending out emails saying all stores are open an hour early on 4/20, but management and staff were not informed) Pay isn’t a livable wage Favoritism Bullying…. I think I got my point across
