Thank you for your feedback! Sorry to hear that your experience hasn’t been positive. DAZN has massive ambitions and wants to build the best possible product for our customers - deeply passionate sports fans. And what we are building has never been done before – we are creating an entirely new experience for fans to watch live sporting events, while playing games, taking quizzes, betting, buying merch and tickets, engaging and socialising with other fans all at the same time. We know that having such big ambitions creates a demanding working environment - and this isn't for everyone - but challenges also bring huge rewards and a sense of satisfaction. What has been achieved from a tech perspective in the last 18 months is phenomenal, and something we celebrate every day at DAZN. We’ve launched in new major markets, integrated new distribution partners and introduced innovative functionality. Watershed moments in technology are rare these days and that makes DAZN an exciting project to be part of. The people who have made this happen - past and present - should look back and be proud of what they’ve done. Thanks for the contribution you have made and all the best for your next role.

🚨 Not a Place for Outsiders – Favoritism and Politics Rule!

      Pros

✅ Salary is paid on time ✅ 5-day work week

      Cons

❌ Heavy office politics and favoritism ❌ Job security depends on internal connections ❌ Biased hiring and promotions ❌ Toxic leadership creating an unfair workplace The company culture has changed drastically, with office politics becoming a major issue. If you are from Hyderabad or have strong internal connections, you may find job security. However, outsiders often face bias and can be asked to leave at any time. Recent leadership changes have led to an increase in favoritism, with hiring and promotions seemingly favoring local employees. This has created an unfair workplace where growth and stability depend more on connections than merit. If you are an outsider, I strongly suggest reconsidering before joining.

      Pros

      Free sport. No other reason.

      Cons

This company is horrific. No direction whatsoever, moving everything to India and currently asset stripping across Europe forcing the few good people they have into redundancy. The execs are psychotic and only care about themselves whilst forcing everyone to attempt the impossible and attacking you if you don’t achieve it. There are people at mid management level who should be sacked immediately as they’re useless but somehow are kept on, despite creating further toxicity. The culture is the most toxic I’ve ever encountered and everyday here has been awful, a feeling shared by a high number of colleagues.

Great people on the shop floor You may or may not get a bonus depending on what mood the bosses are in.

      Cons

DAZN when I started through until Sandeep and Shay joined was great, don’t get me wrong it had its issues but people were happy and proud of the company they worked for. Now the mood and morale has been stripped and ground down to a fear of redundancy from Shay and Sandeep as well as the constant barrage of uneducated rude, toxic and some may say bullying messages and behaviour by the SVP Global Live Operations. She treats everyone like dirt with the excuse that Sandeep treats her like that. Everything in transmission is being shipped out to India and any upgrades to infrastructure and staffing are done on the cheap with graduates or freelancers being brought in. The consequences being a poor product that crashes during major events. It’s a shadow of its former self and I’m heartbroken to see so many talented people either loose their job or worse, their passion for broadcast.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate all feedback, positive or negative. It helps us improve our organisation. Regarding your concerns about changes at DAZN, we understand that change can be difficult – but we must keep transforming to achieve our goals and take the sports streaming industry to the next level. We’re confident that these changes will lead to a better organisation that delivers even more for our customers. Why do we believe that? Because the changes we’ve made in the past have led to success. We’ve expanded our platform to over 200 countries, reaching a global audience passionate about sports. Furthermore, we secured exclusive broadcasting rights for major sporting events such as the UEFA Champions League and NFL. These partnerships significantly boosted our viewership, solidifying our position as a leader in the sports entertainment industry. And there is a lot more to come

      Business Outlook

      Pros

there are no pros to join this company

      Cons

      1. Lack of Recognition: Despite consistent efforts and delivering quality work, recognition and appreciation for individual contributions are limited. 2. Internal Politics: The work environment is heavily influenced by internal politics, with management often prioritizing alignment with senior leadership over merit-based decisions. 3. Excessive Workload: Long working hours (often exceeding 14 hours a day) are the norm, and there is no provision for overtime compensation. 4. Weekend Work Expectations: Employees are frequently expected to work on weekends, and there is generally no compensatory time off provided in return. 5. Favoritism Concerns: Advancement or protection within the company may sometimes appear to be influenced more by personal relationships with management than by performance or professionalism. 6. Micromanagement Culture: There is a pervasive lack of trust in employees’ ability to manage their responsibilities, resulting in constant micromanagement. 7. Inconsistent Policies: Company policies are not applied uniformly, and exceptions are frequently made for certain individuals without clear justification. 8. Toxic Work Environment: The atmosphere can become demoralizing, with high turnover and low engagement due to poor leadership and lack of employee support. 9. Lack of Empathy from Leadership: Management often fails to show empathy or understanding during high-pressure situations, treating employees as resources rather than people. 10. Resistance to Feedback: Constructive feedback is often dismissed or ignored, making it difficult to bring about any meaningful change. 11. No Structured Onboarding or Training: New employees receive little to no guidance, making the ramp-up process unnecessarily difficult and confusing. 12. Arbitrary Decision-Making: Decisions regarding projects, promotions, or resource allocation are frequently made without clear reasoning or input from relevant teams.

Nothing was good, very toxic work culture

      Cons

Stress is an understatement, this is the worst place I have ever worked! The pressure from higher leadership is shocking! There is no leadership-it's a dictatorship. The bullying and humiliation l've witnessed is unbelievable - colleagues in tears, taking sick leave from stress. Hemna constantly gets involved and doesn’t trust any team to do there job. Constant grit about job stability, and constant talks of jobs moving to India. Promotions there isn’t any,all picked without a correct way to justify, all mates! Department is ran by people who have no experience in leadership or how to speak with people, disrespectful. Most people constantly looking for other work. Processes are constantly changed and not documented. Your mental health will be affected by this company! Constant rate of people leaving in mcr,tx,dsc, due to how toxic the work culture is. No work life balance with night shifts, and changes to shifts constantly. Hr cases arise due to sickness.
