      Pros

In my region, most of us work from home. The management team is very supportive, which contributes to our efficiency. As a small team, we communicate effectively without the burdens of tedious processes often found in larger companies. Our colleagues are friendly, and there is no toxic culture. The AI industry is booming, and I believe that our company has a very bright future in the coming years.

      Cons

Even though the company is growing quickly, we still have a relatively small team that covers a large area. We need to work on multiple projects, and as technical professionals, it's important for us to step outside our comfort zones and take on various additional roles.

      Pros

Work-Life balance Work from home facility

      Cons

Purely hire and fire organization Zero efforts to hold resources Teams are remote-controlled by offshore managers (Management in India has zero decision making powers) HR role is non-existent (You cannot rely on them when you require their help) Hike is negligible (Company does not believe in profit sharing with employees) Being a product based company, they have no product training for the support team. (Employees are expected to learn the product on the fly on customer calls)

Thank you for recognizing our efforts to support work-life balance and flexible work arrangements. We are committed to creating a workplace where employees feel empowered and supported, and we regret hearing that your experience didn’t reflect that. Your feedback about training, HR accessibility, and management structure is important, and we’re actively working to improve in these areas. We value transparency and accountability especially as we create a more performance based culture and recognize/reward strong performance as well as develop skills for upgrading talent. Please know that your voice matters, and we appreciate you sharing your perspective to help us grow.

      Pros

Really good product array. Work from home so you don't have to deal with your coworkers in person too often

      Cons

Some of the worst culture I have ever experienced. Hire and fire culture across the board. Constant management turnover, talking up to 3 new bosses a year, each one worse than the last. There is a hierarchy of people who are close to leadership; they can do no wrong, and everyone else gets screwed. Incompetent leadership, especially in marketing and sales, I guess it doesn't matter too much when they will get fired within the year. Stay away!

      Pros

      - Supportive Learning Environment: The company offers plenty of opportunities for professional growth, whether through mentorship, hands-on projects, or internal training programs. - Innovative Projects: Employees are encouraged to take part in innovative projects that help them build new skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends. - Work-Life Balance: Management respects work-life balance, and flexible hours or remote options are typically available, which makes the job more manageable. - Collaborative Team Culture: The organization has a collaborative atmosphere where team members feel supported by their colleagues.

      Cons

Some teams may feel under-resourced, which can make meeting goals challenging during high-demand periods.
