What is working from home like at DKatalis Labs?

Working at DKatalis was a great experience. The salary was good, fully remote, and the management was supportive and easy to work with. I’d recommend DKatalis to anyone looking for a flexible and well-managed workplace.

While working at DKatalis was a great experience overall, there were a few areas for improvement for example workload could be demanding during busy periods, which sometimes impacted work-life balance despite the remote setup.

Flexible Working from Anywhere arrangment. Employee joined before 2024 has additional benefit: business trip to Jakarta from their homebase fully covered.

Salary increment is not really exciting (only around 3% per year, just adjusting for inflation). Strong office politics and long bureaucracy.
