      Great community feel, corporate support and benefits, good pension.

      Cons

      Moving from a smaller company to larger company equals more systems and admin time, maybe unavoidable. There is more of a focus on profits and financials that appeals less to me.

      Good collaborative working culture and comprehensive benefits. Extensive involvement across energy chain but sometimes siloed.

      Cons

      A large consulting service provider that can sometimes struggle to be cost competitive and therefore make it difficult to maintain and attract clients despite solid capability and delivery of services.

      Cons

      as long as you work on a contract everything is fine regarding sharing their bonuses and profits, but if you have the end of a contract, even if it is one day before receiving a bonus or profit share, then you will receive nothing, because you no longer work for the company

      DNV is a global company with many opportunities. You are able to network with co-workers from across the board. Benefits are also fantastic, great vacation/sick time.

      DNV in the America's is contract based, so if the contract is over, so is your job, unless you can find another open position within the company and are willing to possibly move.

      I have been working here for about two weeks and I am really impressed so far. They take good use of portals that integrates well with other portals. Pay, benefits and people are great and fair! I also feel like I have great growth opportunities. So happy!
