How is management perceived at Dart Entities?

Great hours, great pay,great location, Pleasant coworkers.

Management does not trying or help assist you with issues or updating information in a timely manner. As a temporary employee your treated diffrent. Management are only nice to other managers. If you make mistakes you are scolded instead of receiving clarification or assistance with error corrections. You are overwhelmed with your daily tasks as well as other work put on you that Management does not want to do. Every in that department walks on eggshell due to Management in the Finance department. They have such a high turnover.

There are some positions that are very easy both mentally and physically. Some that are not but unfortunately pay is all the same.

Toxic supervisors.....they gossip and openly disrespectful other supervisors and staff. Inventory manger has super mood swings and takes frustration out on staff.. other supervisors sharing emails that were between supervisors with an hourly employee about why do all the employees have low IQs.
