Pros
-A legitimate company! When applying I was skeptical I was going to be submitting work for free, that was not the case
-Access to many well paying projects, paid for time contributed to tasks
-Lots of room for utilizing personal skillsets in projects
-Opportunity to earn about behind-the-scenes research taking place to improve AI integrity and usefulness
-Truly on-demand work, no rigid schedules, work when you want to (or don't)
-Projects are plentiful and work is steady and reliable from my personal experience
-New qualifications are constantly available to offer potential accessibility to upcoming projects
-Some projects are competitively paid and routine projects may have an opportunity to become "prioritized" leading to a bonus to close up loose ends on tasks within a project
-Community of workers and staff ready to help in chat forum if you get stuck on a task
-Pay out is fast and easy
-The job is task-oriented so work is often "bite-sized", and project variety is good so it is actually strangely fun
-Evaluation requires creativity and writing skills, which for my personal and professional interests is a plus
Cons
-Entry assessments are difficult for some; prospective auditors will need keen objectivity, good writing skills and strong comprehension skills. Read and follow all of the instructions carefully!
-Entry assessment failure does not result in a clear indication of non-acceptance, which lacks professional courtesy (while I was accepted, I had referrals who did not, so this is based on their shared experience)
-Must be able to use reliable and accurate resources independently to validate correctness for some projects
-If you don't do well on a project you may not ever receive feedback what went wrong, you will just lose access to that project and possibly similar projects
-After you cash out pay there is a small waiting period before you can cash out funds again after you start earning again, not a big deal to me but may be a big deal for some
-Tasks do have built in timers but they are not always reliable, so you must time yourself as you will self-report your worked time for any project
-No benefits beyond getting paid for tasks and learning about new topics while you work projects
