What is the salary like at Deel?

Great work culture, awesome teammates, and really good pay with perks and benefits. There’s a lot of ownership and responsibility, and you can tell the team is super passionate about Deel’s products and always pushing to deliver top-quality work.

Honestly, I can’t think of many cons. Maybe the only thing is that with over 6,000 employees, it’s hard to have direct one-on-one access to top management like the CEO—but that’s pretty normal for a company this size.

Work culture, respect for each other, keeping feedback personal and appreciation public, flexible shift timings, work from home, amazing bosses specially in Implementations Teams, salary gets credited before last date of the month, bonus is great, quarterly lunch sponsored by the company, medical insurance is very useful in emergencies and the list never ends.

I haven't experienced anything negative in the past 9 years of my career with Deel (earlier - Safegaurd World International).

Good pay, decent benefits, and remote work

They seldom internally promote in sales. You could be at 200%+ to goal every month/quarter and still not even be considered for a manager role, even if you fight tooth and nail, it’s likely not happening. It’s a great place to work if you want to stay as an AE, but if you have aspirations to further your career and move into leadership, look elsewhere.

Process and prospecting can be overwhelming

While Deel offers a competitive salary and a solid benefits package, the flexibility of benefits can be limited due to the company's global nature and the need to comply with labor laws in multiple countries. This is a necessary trade-off to ensure legal compliance. I'm good with it and all the flexibility that Deel provides to us.
