The management team is still stuck in the past, thinking that DeepL is the best AI tool out there. But many others are doing as well or better. Why? DeepL only offers translation services, and does so extremely well, but today, this advantage is not as obvious.and the big cost make the tool not attractive to many companies. Either not renewing or decreasing the number of users. The Agentic switch is also taking too long and it does not look like the company is ahead. Not looking good

Micromanagement kicked in and it's slowly falling apart. The overall sales and the product focus feels lost in the direction they want to go for.

- Product is losing its edge, not going anywhere. - New CRO, new CFO, lots of organizational change. - The company is now a lot more conscious with how it spends money. - Product is better than what our competitor offers, but there is no clear roadmap on how to go from 97% perfection to 100% perfection, meaning there still isn't a possible way to replace translation companies - company growth is already slowing down despite its revenue size. - hard to attract top talents to work for this company because product is too simple and does not add to one's CV - salary is slightly below average versus other technology companies. Be extra careful that even if you offered a decent salary, it might be already on the high end of the salary band
