What are perks and other benefits like at Dentsu?

      Dentsu reviews

Great Benefits; work content not the best

      Senior manager, analytics
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Dentsu has fantastic benefits; you are able to take vacations, company is off for two days for many holidays, and the week between christmas and new years is off

      Cons

For analytics, it seems like a dead end job. It is a good opportunity for management experience but your technical skills will die over time. In the current economy, the company is not winning a lot of new business in my opinion, but my view is incomplete and dependent on my own vertical.

Great Learning Experience with Dynamic Teams

      Associate business analyst
      Former employee
      Pune
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Supportive and collaborative work environment Exposure to diverse projects and clients Access to advanced marketing tools and tech Encourages learning and professional growth Flexible work culture with good benefits

      Cons

Fast-paced environment can be stressful Occasional long working hours during deadlines Work-life balance depends on projects

      Great company

      Service desk analyst
      Current employee
      Manchester, England
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Big company, good benefits, remote work, good salary comparing other companies, flexible, great work-life balance.

      Cons

A bit hard to get to know colleagues as no one go to the office and everyone go remote while living in the same city.

      Good Benefits, Weak Career Development

      Anonymous employee
      Current employee
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good benefits, standard annual leave, office closure over Christmas, wellbeing time-off and birthday off

      Cons

      Very poor career development opportunities

      Solid company with questionable leadership

      Senior recruiter
      Former employee
      Minneapolis, MN
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Working day-to-day at dentsu is a good experience because by-and-large, the people who work there are great. They still offer some remote roles, which is a huge benefit, and overall the pay and benefits are solid.

      Cons

They have made some questionable decisions in terms of leadership over the past few years which has resulted in some short-sided decision making and uneasiness among employees about job security.

      Good Flexibilty- Bad for growth

      Analytics manager
      Current employee
      New York, NY
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good benefits, fair pay, flexible, remote

      Cons

Growth opportunity doesn’t happen on purely an excellent performance review. You have to be lucky enough to be on accounts that have the budget and a manager who will advocate for you to get a promotion. Been with the company for 3 years with excellent performance reviews but on clients that have no budget so I’m SOL to get a promotion even while being a high performer every year.
