What is paid time off like at Dnata?

Discounted tickets but you hardly get to use them due to no time off. Discount in shops.

Poor management. Toxic environment. Lack of compassion. Discrimination. Bad bad shifts. Unorganised Mentally and physically draining

the management is shocking the shift leaders are also shocking your overworked at peak times because they are understaffed the contract also states that you would get meals each shift but this is NOT true you will end up with out of date sandwiches and some crisps. trying to book time off can be a nightmare too. Too sum it up i wouldn't advise anyone who i know to go and work there.

We have shift pattern 5 day/night in 5 days off. The 5 day off are really good specially when you want to take a holiday.
