Poor management, micro managing. Strained relationship with customer means there is no autonomy or authority in the role. Poor culture, lack of team work. HR and Accounts team are rude and ignore emails and phone calls with requests for important information.

Flexible working is great when you need it, 3 days in the office

Staff turnover is high in all departments People are fired without notice as leadership team are dictators. Morale within the company is all time low. There is staff survey completed however the data is never shared with anyone as the results are embarrassing
