How is management perceived at Doha British School?

Fantastic school to work for. Students, colleagues and management are very supportive. Principal and HR has been very supportive throughout my time and was available to support at all times

Nothing in specific but there will be certain shortfalls as in any institution.

Caring and kind management team. Good structures in place to help teachers in the day to day.

Communication from management can be poor. Lack of care for well being, and too much focus on profit instead of investing in technology resources etc.

Fantastic management Family feel Good work life balance

Provided accommodation is not good, well kept or in a good location. Doesn’t easily offer accommodation allowance, claims it is earned through a points system but nobody believes it. HR don’t feel like they are there to support staff.
