What are perks and other benefits like at Ecosia?

Very people-centric purpose company, every single decision is made with the people at the company in mind. The benefits are great and there is a lot of flexibility around different working modules, work life balance, hybrid or completely remote work. The company truly cares about your well-being. Salaries are paid at market rate and inflation is always accounted for, I have never seen a more fair salary process.

Sometimes a decision making process takes a long time because we take everyone's personal opinions into account. Call to action can be slow at times it is not fast-paced. If you want a fast-paced career this is not for you but if you want to do good and have a balanced life and do your best it definitely is.

- founder mode: what CEO says has to happen, all is based on his gut instinct, zero space to thrive or be innovative - no clear roadmap or iterative approach to product work - no clear roadmap or marketing plan - does not hire juniors or develop talent properly - recent high turnover with 1/3 of the company leaving - no Workers Council, in fact it failed and initiators were fired
