I'm disappointed you feel this way. You could not have worked for the EnProVera Corporation for two plus years since EnProVera has only had the contract you refer to for nine months. Please let me address your cons. The pay offered is actually as much or more than the pay offered in the previous contract. This is the acceptable pay to the government. There is no overtime because the contract does not allow for it. You received 80 hours of annual paid vacation which is standard for the start of a contract like this and what everyone else receives. You were told all these things during the recruiting and interview process. You had an opportunity to choose to take another job.
The turnover is not high. Harassment, racism, etc. is not tolerated by the government or by the EnProVera Corporation. If what you say is occurring, it would be reported by many others. It's unfortunate people are allowed to post a lot of untruths, unchecked. You don't like the state, you don't like the people in the state, you don't like the government employees, you don't like the people you work with on the contract, you don't like the pay, you don't like the benefits, and you want to cast dispersions against anyone and everyone. My advice is to resign and find something that fits your desires. Larry Grant, CEO.
