Not so many, Career development

Nice colleagues and interesting projects. Many supervisors nice and good people. Salary was quite OK.

Management and HR were absolutely dismissive in cases of bullying and those were not handled well, or sometimes not at all. Also otherwise, culture was unhealthy and everyone compete against others and there were no "let's do this together" spirit. Some supervisors are yelling to their team members and no one does nothing to it. You really cannot be yourself in that kind of environment.
