What are pay increases like at Everise?

some pros for this job is that it is remote, you get holidays off (not paid), for 6 months of the year we are closed weekends. There are different position available to switch too within 6 months of you being there.

NO RAISES! Like ever. You need to move up in positions to get higher pay because they do not give monlthy, performance, nor yearly raises. Too many things to juggle as just a CSR, for example we receive calls for healthcare plans/benefits which is what we are trained for but slowly they closed the web support department and now we have to handle those calls. Fine whatever you get trained for it for about a week but again NO RAISE.

unlicensed CSRs get minimum wage per their state. no annual performance review and pay raise ever. Tenure at the company doesn't count for anything.

The company is excellent overall, with a strong work culture.

The only downside is that there wasn’t much room for growth, and there were no opportunities for salary increases

Not a high call volume, no micromanagement

Low pay, do not expect pay raise unless you change position, PTO starts after 6 months, no holiday pay

changes supervisor seems like every other month, pay rate sucks you don't get a raise no matter how long you been there and I been with the company overall for almost 3 years now , Originally I was working for Continuum Global Solutions until Everise took over and it has not been right ever since and I'm just being honest

it give you a chance for growth

dont really take care of the employees that have been employed there for some time. Also hard to get a pay increase
