      Good thing we were on work from home setup and fixed weekends off; no salary disputes; pay can be ahead of time

      The company is micromanaging employees no work-life balance and It's so hard to file PTO leaves even if u have them, No long vacation for this company and the pay is just so-so. Everything is cost-cutting, even monthly incentives are reduced and delayed. Lately, they don't want PTO to be filed for holidays; so considered that a no work no pay. I won't recommend this company,

      Is remote work, disconnectedness sometimes in the company, confusion in roles at times, no sick days only PTO absence only excused after 1rst day is counted, very difficult to address HR issues, High turnover almost none of the people I started are here now--this is Lean operations business model, they will scale up and down very quickly, including with Operations Management

      -Trainers that help you feel comfortable before getting on the floor. -Easy access to help desk if you're having issues with your work from home equipment. -Great working hours and PTO offered after 90 days. -Benefits offered for Health. Dental and Life Insurance additional if you need it. -Days off with certain LOBs -Great place to gain experience and build skill set your skill set and move up to better opportunities.

      -Working on the weekend sonetimes. -Pay for certain locations like Louisiana is lower even though the job say you might get $12-$15 an hour I got $11. -Not getting paid if you have a technical issue especially unless its a company related system outage.

      1. Training is too quick for the amount of information you need to know 2. Benefits are not that great 3. Supervisors have attitudes and make you feel like you are bothering them. They are also rude. 4. You get QA'd on your calls. You have to have 95% or more to pass. It is not as easy as you think. If you call someone sir or ma'am you get marked down for it. 5. There are way too many steps that have to be done just to complete 1 phone call. 6. You get threatened with write-ups and termination 7. The energy or vibe is terrible. 8. No Paid Holidays, Have to use your PTO if you want to get paid for the holiday. 9. No room to grow. 10. You can be moved to a different line of business at any time and with no notice. Just where ever they need you, you will automatically be moved. This means you have to go through training all over again to learn that line of business. 11. Supervisors micromanage everything you do. 12. Environment is not fun or very friendly. 13. If you need to go to the restroom, you have to clock out and clock back in when you return. 14. If you have computer issues, you will not get paid for that time. 15. You have to jump through hoops just to put in for PTO.
