Management Issues: Unfortunately, my manager isolated me, creating a hostile work environment. This significantly impacted my morale and productivity. Lack of Support from Leadership and HR: Despite raising concerns about the hostile behavior, leadership and Human Resources did not take adequate steps to address the issue, allowing the negative behavior to persist.
