Pros
Some great people at EZRA, team-mates are fantastic and the employer benefits are pretty good
Cons
Although there are some amazing people at EZRA, the culture is growing to be poor. It is a toxic work environment and leadership makes it obvious that it doesn't care about its people, but they mostly care about their own personal gains.
A lot of people have been let go from their roles and a lot of roles aren't being filled again, which so far has led to personnel being overworked and doing jobs that they weren't originally hired to do, which is slowly leading to a decrease in morale.
Communication is a big problem across the business, leadership doesn't communicate information well and they don't seem to care about the feedback they are receiving as there has not been a positive change across the company.
The CEO seems to care more about the hybrid working policy than the wellbeing of his people, which is a shame. And they don't seem to take the advice they give in their website around wellbeing, leadership and general work culture advice.
I'm not too sure whether the direction the company is heading in is a great one
