Flexible schedule, pay is good, benefits are good

Pressure to grow, some of the leaders struggle to influence or connect with ICs

Some great people at EZRA, team-mates are fantastic and the employer benefits are pretty good

Although there are some amazing people at EZRA, the culture is growing to be poor. It is a toxic work environment and leadership makes it obvious that it doesn't care about its people, but they mostly care about their own personal gains. A lot of people have been let go from their roles and a lot of roles aren't being filled again, which so far has led to personnel being overworked and doing jobs that they weren't originally hired to do, which is slowly leading to a decrease in morale. Communication is a big problem across the business, leadership doesn't communicate information well and they don't seem to care about the feedback they are receiving as there has not been a positive change across the company. The CEO seems to care more about the hybrid working policy than the wellbeing of his people, which is a shame. And they don't seem to take the advice they give in their website around wellbeing, leadership and general work culture advice. I'm not too sure whether the direction the company is heading in is a great one

Ezra as it’s part of LHH follows processes that are outdated at times

- great colleagues to be around - work environment is friendly and people are approachable

- benefits could be better - constantly evolving, processes always change - movement vertically can be limited

Free food. Dog friendly. Fun outings on company time. Benefits start from day 1. Free career coaching. Some leaders are great if you are lucky to be on their team.

Gaslighting is common from petty leaders, that mess with your self-confidence. They look for excuses to document failures so they can fire, even though people speak to leadership about the lack of support and answers to questions needed to accomplish mandates. They tend to do firing waves just before the stockholders' meeting to manipulate the stock value. No support from under-qualified and insecure leadership. Lots of image management, but little substance. It’s very social, which is fine if you are into that. Expect to be in a lot of photos and videos whenever you are in the office.

Benefits from day one. Food and drinks in the kitchen.

Big waves of layoffs before each shareholder meeting. They will make you think you are being fired for your lack of performance. They are really milking you, using excuses for worthless "leadership". No "leaders" are mentors or coaches; just thoughtless people who throw their team members under the bus for their own failings. You will have no support; only criticism based on whatever imaginary excuse your "leader" can come up with. Nobody will listen to you when you reach out for the resources you need to do your job efficiently.
