Cons
If you’re a hard worker it will be exploited to the fullest. Most of management is incompetent and lazy. Cold environments.
Pros
Pay is good and benefits are good
Cons
Favoritism! Management is worse then I ever seen anywhere. They bully people specially if you make it known about poor quality the meats are below the lowest in quality and half the time shouldnt be used they taste good cause there soaked in all this seasonings and sauces for days so you don't notice it. Half the foods aren't even cooked all the way and there is so much cross contamination it's insane 80 percent of the workers there are from Africa and cant understand anything so they just follow along or guess at how to do it. And burn stuff omg it's horrible. The veges specially mushrooms and green beans they pick the moldy ones out and that's what the people see in these huge containers of mushrooms but alot of people don't care and just do minimal work along with the green beans the cheese and stuff can sit out for hrs like the cream cheese cheese milk extra for 10 or more hrs in the heat of the kitchen before being prepared. It's gross. And that olive oil yep gross beyond gross. But the worst is the lying the chefs lie to the ones that are the hardest working ones and they will definitely take you down with there lies for sure. Its a horrible place to work for unless your in there little click. But I have seen many top chefs go and excellent workers suddenly just gone. That place has no morals or respect. It's terrible and the worst part of all is the innocent people that eat that food. Trust me you aren't climbing no ladder there and if you are they will get rid of you one way or another. And one more question from me why don't they have a health inspection?. I looked it up and there is no record of it and I saw where it said there hasn't been any deaths there i. 2024 that's a straight up lie.
Pros
Benefits are awesome! Company paid AD&D, Company paid Life Insurance, Company paid medical, Company paid Short and Long Term Disability plus extras like Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, 401K/IRA with Company match, Hospital, Accident, and Critical Illness insurance and much more!!! Great starting Pay with pay increases every 90 days
Cons
Must have accrued sick time to avoid getting points for calling off sick. Points fall off every 90 days. They do not accept Doctors Notes to excuse the absence. Will give you the points anyway Lots of favoritism. They don't treat you with respect. You are treated like inmates instead of valued employees and they yell and talk down to you regularly Zero training. They just throw you in and expect you to learn on the fly whole ridiculing you for not knowing the job

Pros
Benefits for salaried is competent. Work like balance is superior.
Cons
Organization is hectic. Currently growing and adjusting so it's not a place where you will just be observing.
Pros
Good pay. Great benefits since day 1.
Cons
Absolutely no training at all, u learn as you go and when you make a mistake senior management is harsh, uneducated and with no manners and no managerial skills to communicate at all Work environment is stressful and psychological concerning, HR doesn’t care about employees, the employee experience is dead to put it lightly Zero planning for every move they make, no one’s is on the same page, everything is a mess Conflict of interest in senior management is pretty noticeable they are all friends and hire friends Everybody looks tired and mad, engagement is short staffed and there’s only one girl handling it all There’s no employee relations point of contact to escalate issues and it’s impressive how they get away from internal issues and don’t get a lawsuit for that They treat agency employees like crap Senior management doesn’t care about their manager’s well-being, foreseeable career, growth or anything A manager is leaving every month or less and again, HR or senior manager don’t care about that, they don’t have any retention plans/ strategies to keep top talent, everyone that leaves, leaves upset and disappointed HR is not to be trusted, don’t try to speak up regards something because they’re gonna end up spreading all that information and making it look like you’re the problem People don’t last much working here and it’s pretty noticeable Honestly this place will make you stressed and anxious, don’t every try to apply here!!! Save yourself
Pros
Benefits are decent and people are cool to work with in warehouse
Cons
They reduce pay without notice and give you a week to decide weather to leave or take a massive pay cut.
