Pros
Leadership that truly cares. Super welcoming and friendly team. Because the team is small, there are lots of opportunities for taking on responsibilities outside of your title (if you want to learn -- they won't be foisted upon you!) and getting involved with aspects of the business that might be siloed to a different team in a larger agency. Mostly women (not all white, not all straight). Collaborative spirit, "we're all on the same team" type vibes. Team has a lot of young and slightly inexperienced, but enthusiastic, committed, professional, and super talented creatives! Work life balance is respected and encouraged. (It's an experiential agency, so there are some long days, but we all generally look out for each other and make sure that nobody is working longer than necessary.) Fun internal events and team building, including a month incentive to come through for your team and work hard/well ("employee of the month" style, winner gets a pretty generous gift card).
Cons
Benefits are medium -- limited PTO, weak 401k option. Small team (so you have to be slightly more thoughtful about scheduling PTO, and there's no dedicated finance, HR, or IT person, and we bring in a fair amount of freelancers), but scrappy and hard working!
