This company is basically just a glorified sweatshop. Long hours, terrible pay, heavy workloads, zero benefits, no PTO, hostile managers, etc. I don't know why people are still working for Fashion Nova; they're the worst!

I had a lot of fun working here. I enjoyed the culture and laid back environment. Super easy job with a ton of fun perks and pretty good benefits including daily pay.

It was too far for me, I just wished they would have had more of a hybrid work setting or paid a little more.

The position is no more than a email Customer Service Representative to influencers. - No authority in influencer strategy or campaigns - No marketing perspective insights given to the representatives - No growth in this position - Low Pay
