Pay was good. Team was good. Immediate mangers were good. Benefits were great.

Executive leadership was a cult and tone deaf. If your weren’t in the in crowd you had no chance of promotion. When SocialChorus bought Dynamic Signal, everything went south. The company, culture, pay, and everything else changed. They started caring too much about profits and less about their people which is quite ironic considering they preach employee engagement.

Firstup has been through a lot of changes the past year. This includes bringing in a fantastic leadership team and putting significant investment behind the product to take the company to the next level. Firstup is absolutely on the right path.
