What is paid time off like at Flexjet?

The training program is amazing. Nearly a full month of paid training the prepares you well for operations.

The schedule/hours are terrible in operations for the pay. Not to mention the heavily regulated PTO. The company will stop you from using your earned PTO for the entirety of the holiday season demonstrating little care for work life balance and family time for employees.

Decent pay, good health benefits

Minimal paid time off, lack of clear directive from management on department expectations

Fast upgrades , nice fleet , paid FAA medical, paid passport renewal, paid uniforms , 3 meals a day paid . parking paid , reasonable PTO , good pay and improving , bonuses aren’t bad .

401k could be better , bonuses aren’t hard to make but seem difficult to maximize, schedule bidding is the pits . Red label can be good with scheduling but can be not so good depending on team mates needs .

Competitive pay, retention bonus, good benefits, 6 different platforms to advance your skills on. Good culture and core values.

Only 4 hours of PTO given per pay period (2 weeks). No initial schools, only in-house training taught from other technicians.

-Decent pay. -Ability to work 3, 4 or 5 days a week. One weekend say required for most positions. -Laid back environment most of the time. -Good home work life balance.

- PTO structure needs much improvement. Only 4 hours accrued per pay. (some people work 3 14 hour days a week) Hotel logistics Manager is not a good manager.
