Pros
The culture is great. I feel like they put family first and are very flexible with your schedule. I originally took this job because of the onsite daycare and flexible hybrid schedule (although the company is not affiliated with the daycare its just in the same building). I have stayed because I really enjoy the people I work with. They are a fun group of people and genuinely care about you as a person. They have a nice kitchen, free beverages, provide lunch once a month and beer Fridays. Also, management has been accommodating and flexible when it comes to kids being sick or needing to work from home on snow days.
Cons
The benefits are not that great. The health insurance is expensive, and the pay is on the lower end. Also, when I started the work from home schedule was 2 days at home 3 in office, but that will be changing to 4 in office and Fridays at home in July.
