What is the hiring process like at Fragomen?

Law firm experience, job is technically very easy, simple interview process

Very low pay, high workload, temperamental hours

Almost 6 years later and I find myself on this glassdoor page. All I can say is, if you are reading this, and you are thinking of leaving - please leave. You may think that this is how it is in the legal world, but it's not. This job left me feeling suicidal and severely depressed. I almost lost my marriage. Constantly humiliated. Work-hard, play-hard culture. No care for the quality of cases being submitted. Bullied, humiliated, left to feel stupid and worthless. 6 years later I run my own firm. The only think this expereince taught me was how to not operate in the world of immigarion. I have a 5 star to diversity only because they hire new immigrants to exploit them.

Great benefits and generally friendly co-workers.

Was unlucky in getting a bad supervisor. She was cold and wrote a negative performance review after I asked HR a question.
