      Pros

      - Good starting salary for Paralegals compared to other law firms - Great for anyone wanting experience within immigration law - has a great reputation in the immigration sector (which can open doors) - Flexible WFH policy (2 days in office) - Friendly colleagues, diverse workforce - Range of interesting work including different projects

      Cons

      - Not a great salary for Associates and upwards, especially compared to other law firms - Not a great work/life balance - can be very busy - Not proactive enough towards major issues which could affect employees (e.g immigration riots last year in the UK) - Certain senior leadership individuals are extremely toxic, engaging in belittling and micro-management behaviour (and face no consequences when this is raised with other members of leadership and/or HR) - Diversity is stressed by the firm, however there is not a diverse enough representation in senior leadership - Mixed messaging/guidance regarding promotions
