Good people work there but under VERY bad management

      Pros

18 days PTO was nice along with the $39 health stipend for a gym membership. Managers are super nice and want to help you as best they can but they are limited by upper management/leadership.

      Cons

The company used to take value in company culture and the growth of their employees till the company split from Randall Reilly. They’ve done a lot of mass fires and the pay and benefits are so bad compared to other companies in the industry. They overload you with work and expect it all to be perfect and find ways to not give you your full incentive pay. This is a stressful job with little reward and you won’t get any backup/support from upper leadership.

      Destroyed culture and toxic management

      Pros

Decent pay for what the job entails, the people who I work with are also a blast and very supportive. Most of the company is remote as long as you do not work at one of the few small office locations left.

      Cons

ELT completely destroyed the 30+ year culture the company had. The company culture is basically gone from the way it was years ago, no more having any fun at work with your coworkers at all, no more holiday parties, no more fun team bulding meetings depending on what team you are a part of and you are micromanaged by toxic leadership into oblivion. The executive leadership team has made so many clueless changes to the company, and took so many benefits away from tenured employees. If you have worked here for 30+ years, you now have the same PTO as someone who started today. They only care about the bottom line and you are a number to them. The FTO system that is in place is catered to employees who are remote, which is 90% of the company. There are some non-remote employees still in the company that get the same amount of FTO, but are unable to have the flexibility with their schedule as the WFH employees and are held to very strict attendance policies compared to other parts of the company. Also, good luck progressing in your career in this company, they would rather hire in someone external with years more of experience than promote their current employees to fill open roles. Senior management have no idea what happens during the day to day work flow in the company. The people with tenure of 30+ that literally built this company from the ground up are being completely disregarded with things like PTO accrual with tenure being taken away and everyone capped at the same FTO hours.

      Pros

Relaxed work environment, no micro-managing, small teams

      Cons

the benefits are lacking, designated pto is low, upper level management typically does not adhere to deadlines and expects changes/work to be done last minute

      Pros

Great people who are very dedicated and easy to connect with, good pay for my role, standard benefits, enjoyable work, leadership seems to be turning around with new direction (especially in HR).

      Cons

Moving at a fast pace, so makes some uncomfortable if they'd rather sit and do the same thing every day.

Leadership and culture are terrible. Stay away!!

      Pros

The only pro was decent pay.

      Cons

The culture is terrible at Fusable. Leadership tends to mislead people making you look bad so they can fire you. Most people I interacted with were constantly looking for other jobs. 401k is terrible and benefits are expensive.

      Poor Work Environment

      Pros

A place to gain experience if you’re just starting your career. Some great coworkers who try to support each other despite the toxic culture.

      Cons

A lot of “corporate politics.” Fear-based management. High turnover due to poor treatment of employees in recent years. The company consistently has layoffs. Work-life balance is nonexistent. Compensation and benefits are not as competitive as similar roles elsewhere.

      A company without a future

      Pros

I can’t recall many. The laptop they issued to me was nice. They let me work from home sometimes. My boss spoke to me maybe 8-9 times a year and didn’t really seem interested in my work, which I guess was nice in a way because I didn’t get bombarded by emails all the time.

      Cons

Data scientists and analysts beware. Fusable does not have a data science team, nor do they have an equivalent team that goes by another name. They simply lack the capability and institutional knowledge, which is peculiar for a company whose whole value proposition is built on data, intelligence, and analytics. Senior leadership is far more concerned with short-term financial goals than developing quality products. Pay is pitiful and benefits are even worse. Their unlimited PTO policy actually does have a limit, and it’s not a lot. It’s a blatant lie. Stay as far away as possible. This is a company without a future. The recent uptick in positive reviews is due to members of Fusable management trying to manipulate the company's rating.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

PTO, Remote work and no signs of forcing you back into office

      Cons

Terrible benefits. Laughable company match, they could never give a concrete percentage. No maternity/paternity leave. New management is abysmal. All they care about is looking good on the books and have downsized for nearly 2 years. Constant letting go and dont even think about getting a raise. It's not happening. Salary is not competitive but if you start your career here, move on as soon as you gain some experience. They do not care about you. They used to have more initiatives to help employees grow in their fields, or into management, as well as culture and its all gone. The new CEO does not care about the employees and she eliminated it all. No one is safe here, we've seen higher up employees, c-suite down to customer facing and lower paid jobs all being let go. Don't waste your time here, you'll be looking for work again in no time.

      Pros

Company values work-life balance, has good culture and benefits, and is very flexible when it comes to hours, vacation, and remote work. Employees are afforded a lot of autonomy to get their work done, but bosses are always available if problems/questions arise.

      Cons

Pay is significantly below industry-level; corporate can be bureaucratic and slow; unexpected layoffs have become more common.
