      Pros

Great people who are very dedicated and easy to connect with, good pay for my role, standard benefits, enjoyable work, leadership seems to be turning around with new direction (especially in HR).

      Cons

Moving at a fast pace, so makes some uncomfortable if they'd rather sit and do the same thing every day.

Leadership and culture are terrible. Stay away!!

      Pros

The only pro was decent pay.

      Cons

The culture is terrible at Fusable. Leadership tends to mislead people making you look bad so they can fire you. Most people I interacted with were constantly looking for other jobs. 401k is terrible and benefits are expensive.

RUN AWAY! 0 stars. Toxic management and chaotic workplace.

      Pros

Literally only 3. 1. Flexible PTO and fully remote work. 2. Decent pay only if you work really hard, extra hours, management likes you. 3. Kind, smart, friendly colleagues still hanging on.

      Cons

Absolute nightmare of a company. Toxic management, lies, and empty promises. Read the last review and all the other negative reviews and that'll give you everything you need to know. This company lacks diversity, management is cliquey and has favorites, they will say the company is growing, progressing, and transparent, but it is literally the opposite. Management lies to their employees, there is constant restructuring, changes to processes, tools, vendors, and so many layoffs even when they say "this is the last one" or "your job is safe". Exhausting, mentally draining, chaotic and toxic are the words I would describe this place. If you care about your mental health, run far away from this place. They pay you well and treat you nicely only if you are one of their sheep where you don't speak up for yourself, work extra hours, and never speak up for what's right or question their decisions. If you're not, you will get the cold shoulder and probably be on the next chopping block for layoffs.

Good people work there but under VERY bad management

      Pros

18 days PTO was nice along with the $39 health stipend for a gym membership. Managers are super nice and want to help you as best they can but they are limited by upper management/leadership.

      Cons

The company used to take value in company culture and the growth of their employees till the company split from Randall Reilly. They’ve done a lot of mass fires and the pay and benefits are so bad compared to other companies in the industry. They overload you with work and expect it all to be perfect and find ways to not give you your full incentive pay. This is a stressful job with little reward and you won’t get any backup/support from upper leadership.

      Destroyed culture and toxic management

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Decent pay for what the job entails, the people who I work with are also a blast and very supportive. Most of the company is remote as long as you do not work at one of the few small office locations left.

      Cons

ELT completely destroyed the 30+ year culture the company had. The company culture is basically gone from the way it was years ago, no more having any fun at work with your coworkers at all, no more holiday parties, no more fun team bulding meetings depending on what team you are a part of and you are micromanaged by toxic leadership into oblivion. The executive leadership team has made so many clueless changes to the company, and took so many benefits away from tenured employees. If you have worked here for 30+ years, you now have the same PTO as someone who started today. They only care about the bottom line and you are a number to them. The FTO system that is in place is catered to employees who are remote, which is 90% of the company. There are some non-remote employees still in the company that get the same amount of FTO, but are unable to have the flexibility with their schedule as the WFH employees and are held to very strict attendance policies compared to other parts of the company. Also, good luck progressing in your career in this company, they would rather hire in someone external with years more of experience than promote their current employees to fill open roles. Senior management have no idea what happens during the day to day work flow in the company. The people with tenure of 30+ that literally built this company from the ground up are being completely disregarded with things like PTO accrual with tenure being taken away and everyone capped at the same FTO hours.

      Pros

      - Remote work makes the job flexible - Lots of great people that sincerely care about the well being of the customers and the company. Teams are generally helpful and willing to participate cross functionally. I made lots of great connections through my employment with Fusable/Randall Reilly.

      Cons

Where to even to start.. I worked for Fusable (Randell Reilly before the company split) for several years. Fusable has a general cycle of a few months to a year where company wide initiatives/goals will wildly change, usually attributed to sweeping leadership changes. The current roster generally has no experience in Fusable's market and leans heavily into taking actions with limited to no input from employees or customers. This is largely done to reduce cost. Don't be surprised if some tool you rely on or some process you regularly use is eliminated with less than a 24 hour notice. Obviously this new style of "leadership" has left the roster shellshocked. Naturally employees are treated in a similar manner, with regularly recurring reductions in force now silently happening every quarter. It became a regular experience to sign into work and find key people missing from the company directory with no communication of their departure. Documentation of prior projects (some of them amounting to huge amounts of revenue) are littered with "Deactivated User" authors. Reviewing previous projects is almost like touring a graveyard. The common theme with Fusable is distrust. Since most of middle management has been with the company longer than the C suite/VPs, the new changes delegated to them creates cynicism. Middle management doesn't believe in the new leadership and their initiatives. They share these opinions with their peers and subordinates, lamenting on how senseless some of them are, or how you shouldn't worry because they won't amount to anything. This cynicism naturally trickles down to the rest of the employees leaving people feeling uninspired and lost. Some parts of the company are very cliquey, which isn't unusual but makes it difficult to work with some teams. Usually it's the people that are closer to the original home offices that create this culture. It may sound ridiculous, but an easy way to identify the "in" people is if they're wearing Fusable branded attire. It probably costs too much money for the regular employee to take pride in wearing the brand they care about. Be careful who you share opinions with. Leadership doesn't entertain any form of criticism. Without being specific, some of them will become visibly emotionally upset if you accidentally call them by the shortened version of their name (very common). Imagine what happens if you're critical of a vendor selection from that person? (protip: you'll probably end up on a reduction in force list). HR is overwhelmed and under experienced (mismatched leadership). They're essentially unresponsive to any requests and are even late to layoff/mediation meetings. I feel bad for them. IT has some good folks but provides terrible equipment and uses a very outdated methodology for managing services. I've even had the help desk reach out to me for contact information of a person that was let go. (really??) Engineering is also overwhelmed and is haunted by a laundry list of a backlog. The rest of the company doesn't believe they're working hard enough or being innovative enough. Sales feels completely disconnected from the rest of the company, even more so with the new leadership. Company wide meetings focused heavily on Sales in the past, but not anymore. Finance feels completely detached as well. For the longest time they were relying on management to allocate costs manually as capex vs opex which was completely bizarre. I've never seen that at any other organization in my entire career. Obviously compensation is terrible. Fusable will spends thousands of dollars for outside employment groups to analyze salaries for growth and improvement just for your annual review (if it happens) to result in no increase or 1 to 2%. Negotiate for as much as you can if you join because you won't be making more anytime soon. Benefits aren't great either, no matching 401k because it's too expensive. Healthcare plan is effectively useless, not covering most things while being expensive. The company switched to a PTO/FTO policy awhile ago which is fine but was also obviously done to reduce costs. As for culture and values.. what culture and values? It was never a topic that was discussed or was so quickly discarded it never mattered. Writing this I'm thinking how to not be too negative, but it's difficult. I'm glad I left. If you're considering working for this company it's probably in your best interest to move on any other options first.

PTO, Remote work and no signs of forcing you back into office

      Cons

Terrible benefits. Laughable company match, they could never give a concrete percentage. No maternity/paternity leave. New management is abysmal. All they care about is looking good on the books and have downsized for nearly 2 years. Constant letting go and dont even think about getting a raise. It's not happening. Salary is not competitive but if you start your career here, move on as soon as you gain some experience. They do not care about you. They used to have more initiatives to help employees grow in their fields, or into management, as well as culture and its all gone. The new CEO does not care about the employees and she eliminated it all. No one is safe here, we've seen higher up employees, c-suite down to customer facing and lower paid jobs all being let go. Don't waste your time here, you'll be looking for work again in no time.

Ummm… that’s a tough one. I like everyone on my team.

      Cons

I’m over 30 years old and have an executive that micromanages me and my team. She gets visibly agitated (I would say angry) when she feels things are not going the way she would like. She had even hung up in the middle of team calls when she doesn’t like ann answer. Our team is extremely professional and good at what we do, yet, she makes us feel like idiots. Many executives have been fired recently, and somehow she is hanging on. Maybe that’s why she’s so upset… she wants to get fired so she can can get severance. Who knows. 401k match is a joke. Salaries are a joke. Camaraderie has gone away. I am holding onto hope that our new ceo will move us in the right direction.
