      Pros

The people are the best thing about this company, they truly take care of each other. The company has some good benefits, Friyay’s and flexi working are a big plus, as well as relaxed rules for office days.

      Cons

Redundancy after redundancy. They’re ripping the soul out of this company and they don’t seem to care at all. Promises made by senior management that AI won’t take our jobs, followed by a significant redundancy round because of AI. They’re chasing this idea that GWI can be a true player in the AI market, which just won’t happen, and losing focus on what made GWI great to begin with.

      Pros

      - Work-Life Balance: 2 days in-office provides genuine flexibility. - Good Perks: Generous benefits and a well-stocked office with free snacks/drinks. - Supportive Culture: Historically strong focus on wellbeing; colleagues at the peer level are friendly and helpful. - Strong Market Position: Sits on valuable data assets in a high-demand industry.

      Cons

      - Strategic Execution Gaps: Amazing data assets are wasted due to poor execution and misaligned department ownership. - Incoherent Leadership: Recent leadership hires produce strategy decks that feel disconnected from the product and lack "human" insight. - Toxic Tone: Senior leadership has become increasingly abrasive and rude; employees no longer feel respected or heard. - Loss of Organizational Craft: Process and collaboration standards have plummeted since the recent leadership shift. - Constant Layoffs: Rounds of layoffs every few months have destroyed morale and psychological safety. - Inexperienced Management: High levels of perceived favoritism and a lack of empathy from many line managers.

      Pros

Benefits are great, non-management people are mostly great

      Cons

Management is in their own world, think that their product is the best and unwilling to take constructive feedback. Everyone acts like they are nice and friendly, but the moment you show any sign of unhappiness, their true colors show and you get singled out, they make your life difficult and deny any requests you may have. Company culture has really changed and it’s not what it is anymore pre-IPO plans versus now

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm glad to hear you were satisfied with our benefits and enjoyed working with our people. I am however sorry to read that you felt that your manager/s were unwilling to take constructive feedback. All our managers attend accredited leadership training, which includes 360 feedback and coaching to help them to continuously improve. We also regularly ask for feedback from our GWIers, through our annual engagement survey, monthly pulse surveys and in our regular Ask ELT and all company 'town hall' sessions. This supports our value of Ask Why, and helps us strive to understand and improve, whether that be our own skills, our product or our business. I am also sorry to hear you were feeling unhappy and that you felt people pretended to care. We provide details of our wellbeing resources on our intranet, including details of our fully trained Mental Health First Aiders and details of our Employee Assistance Programme, so employees have a number of avenues to reach out if they need support. Additionally, we have a friendly and approachable people partnering team, who are always willing to offer a listening ear and provide coaching and guidance for our GWIers around specific situations. I wish you all the best with your future endeavours Jenny, People Lead

      Pros

You can check this out from a job description such as unlimited sick holiday, flexible working hours, really enhanced maternity & paternity leave, amazing work-life balance culture and many more. I love to leave a feedback to GWI and my team. To GWI; - No complaint about company policies which shows flexibility, work & life balance, benefits & perks and many more! - Strong relationship among people. - Working with real professionals - Amazing office location (Farringdon) About my Team; I spent 1 year as a Salesforce Administrator, part of a RevOps team. Vickie was the greatest manager I have ever worked with. Annie was the most thoughtful and harder worker leader. And many more in the team were great personalities. I never felt odd in my team due to my different background. They always encourage me to make difference in our operations. They are the greatest team I've ever seen in the UK. Lastly, appreciate Tom (CEO-Founder) to create this kind of unique company culture.

      Cons

I believe that all companies have some difficulties however, it depends on where you look from. GWI is a scale-up culture. So you need to work hard to contribute more than other corporate culture. But it does not kill you means make you stronger.

      Pros

Excellent data and research product and a brilliant client portfolio. Wonderful people and a culture of going the extra mile for their customers. Historically have been very good at trusting employees and endorsing an entrepreneurial sprit. Some really generous and kind benefits like half day Fridays in Summer - you do get the sense that managers really care about their teams.

      Cons

OBSESSED with changing into AI company (even though it's not what we do and we have no proven track record in that industry) to the point that they will let good people go to fund a wild goose chase down an unknown AI yellow brick road.
