How are career development opportunities at GigCX Marketplace?

I have been working at GigCX Marketplace since 2022, I started as an agent and then transitioned to three consecutive support roles. I love the flexibility of choosing my own hours and the opportunity take on additional available hours by watching the board. When I started working here it was a side job essentially for additional income and has subsequently become my full time job.

Remember GigCX jobs are essentially gigs and each contract outlines the minimum hours upfront. As such if you intend to make this your full time job I would recommend that you grab another gig to balance yourself out and have some semblance of normalcy with your hours to avoid burn out ( you sitting on the board catching hours).
