The work is ok, no one really bothers you and you are never really busy

No raises, no benefits, no opportunity for advancement, no work from home, anytime you aren’t in the office you have to use PTO. They expect you to answer emails after hours.

Management is very attentive and the work culture is healthy for anyone entering the job space.

Not a lot of benefits and Pay is low compared to industry averages.

Great start for entry-level—good bonus and benefits.
