Pros
The people and benefits are amazing. There is a warm and open company culture that you do not find in many other places. The healthcare benefits are some of the best you will find anywhere in the US. Corporate office is a hybrid model, 3 days on-site, and lunch is subsidized for office days. 401k is generous, as well as PTO and travel per diem.
Cons
The company often feels disorganized and without direction. It has a start-up atmosphere where everyone wears a lot of hats, however, job descriptions are fluid and not always clearly communicated. Your responsibilities WILL bleed into your personal time, especially if you want to grow within the organization. Numerous employees with promising careers and talent have left due to burnout. Additionally, as an Italian company there is a heavy bias towards Italians when it comes to the leadership team. The entire executive team is Italian and 5 of 7 department heads in the US corporate office are Italian.
