Cons
Guy who runs this org is an absolute disaster of a human. Manipulative doesn't even begin to describe this mans behavior. How he ended up running his own business is shocking. Unsure how they even make a profit.
Basically, he will run you into the ground so that you will never work long enough to get healthcare or any benefits. Everyone in the industry loathes him, so I wouldn't waste your time working for them. At most, you'll last 4 weeks before they either fire you for "low performance" (when they've never been able to maintain anyone, at least ethically), or you quit because you realize that this is the most toxic work place in the world.
