      No pay increases they lie about your schedule and pay to get you in expect to make 15 dollars an hr for the rest of your life you stay at the company expect management to only reach out if you mess up if you have concerns about HR or benefits your manager will not reply nor will HR stay away from this places!!! No room to grow at all they just have you do more work while more and more people quit!!!!

      No proper Hike Nil hikes in spite of good performance in highest rating and employees are not paid according to role experience and market norms. Delay in appraisal cycles and no intimation on the new compensation letters no guidance from management on career advise and growth in the organisation. HR support to be improvised as no concerns are addressed on time limited, leaves no sick leave and casual leave, no promotions and limited employee benefits, engagement performance bonus his based on multiple parameters and if goals are not met the answer from our salary, no proper communication from higher management and biased approach.
