How are senior leaders perceived at Hal Smith Restaurants?

Fun people amongst peers/equals. Shift meals, vacation time, insurance.

Long hours, toxic and abusive treatment from upper management, pay, hours, and vacation time not what initially promised upon hire/promotion. Yearly raises (if you receive one) are far too small to even keep up with inflation. Problematic treatment of women. Labor laws violated regularly. Extremely high stress, high pressure, benefits are there but not amazing, pay is okay but not equivalent to the amount of work put in and the hit to quality of life that comes with that.
