What is the feeling of job security at Harley Medical Group?

Nice people to work with Half price on products Half price on surgery

I don't feel pay accurately reflects duties and responsibilities. Company seems to be struggling financially and currently are lots of cut backs and no option for promotion or pay reviews. It can feel like a dead end job.
