What is the company culture at Hawx Pest Control?

They have a breakroom, working bathrooms, chairs, computers, and cubicles...

TERRIBLE Leadership. They preach their values but don't live up to them. IF you can find Kyle, he rarely has time for you unless you are being written up or let go. The culture is broken, the moral is incredibly low, and praise for good performance is few and far between. Favoritism is perceived as the Leadership's best practice.

Great pay, good benefits, decent work life balance, company take home truck, company phone, company gas card.

It's pest control so long hours as usual but if you are experienced in the industry you should know that and not complain about it. It's the same with every pest control company. Hard to advance, kinda clicky vides, some managers aren't the best but most are.
