Pros
The company takes extremely good care of their employees. The benefits are fantastic, the pay is great, and the PTO is awesome. They have all kinds of events for their employees. There are food trucks outside the building several times a month. There are opportunities for employees to get assistance in hard times. During the big VID scare, we received bonuses just because everyone was going through hard times. They are always willing to work with you to ensure you are happy, healthy, and content as an employee. There is every opportunity for advancement if you've got the initiative to take it. There are opportunities to work from home. As much as I loathe performing a customer service position, there isn't a single bad thing I can say about the employer themselves. I left once for a break from the customer service position, but I have returned. Mainly because they are a great employer.
Cons
Customer service. I don't like it. Though that has absolutely nothing to do with the employer.
